RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SBRANXOXO.  

As customer service is our top priority, our ultimate goal will always be to strive to provide you with items you love.  However, we do understand that things will not always work out perfectly. If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have purchased from Sbranxoxo, you do have the option to return the items to us within 5 days of receipt for a store credit. We do not offer exchange services.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in it's original condition with tags attached. We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed.

If you would like to request a return, please use our contact form to submit a return request. Please include your order number and full shipping and billing address to receive your packing slip that must be included with your returned item(s). Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed and store credit to be issued. All sale items are final sale.

Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
